This is a project we did over 2023-2024 It included rebuilding the entire external skin and a full refurbishment throughout to include 1 bathroom 4 en-suites and a jacuzzi set into the ground on the patio
Stone extension and refurbishment of stonework to rear. Built in 2022. All the stone was reclaimed and had to be cut to size on sight as each course was a different depth.
Local period property, matching reclaim brick used with glazed lantern to centre.
Built in 2014, at Landermeads Nursing Home in Chilwell. Materials user: 200 year old hand made reclaimed brick, sandstone cappings and large lantern to flat roof area.
Swimming pool with summer house and stone paving and steps completed spring 2018.
Completed 2018 with natural sandstone patio and steps.
Removal of all pebble dash to take it back to it’s original brickwork. Project has around 12 months to run over various time working on the various elevations as the work continues.
