Removal of all pebble dash to take it back to it’s original brickwork.
- New oak porch to main entrance.
- Build a new garden wall in matching reclaimed brickwork. Natural stone cappings.
- Extension to rear of property once all pebble dash is removing.
- All new patio area in natural stone to rear elevation.
- Natural York reclaimed stone to oak porch entrance.
Project has around 12 months to run over various time working on the various elevations as the work continues.
We shall also be building a house in the gardens in the next 2-3 years.
